Our Story
Stories Into Spaces
Before there is a home, there is a feeling.
A feeling of belonging.
Of moments shared around the table.
Of stories carried forward through generations.
The walls come later.
At Onion Loci, we begin there.
We believe every meaningful space starts long before the first sketch is drawn. It begins with the people who will live in it, work within it, celebrate in it, and create memories there.
Before we design a space, we discover its story—its purpose, its rhythm, and the life it is meant to hold. Because timeless design is never created by following trends. It is created by understanding people.
We don't simply design interiors.
We transform stories into spaces where your life unfolds.
Onion Loci – Stories into Spaces
Who we are?
Onion Loci is a premium interior architecture and design practice that creates meaningful spaces through the art of connection.
We believe great design is not created through aesthetics alone. It emerges from understanding the relationships between people, context, culture, function, memory, and environment.
Our role is to uncover these layers and connect them into spaces that feel authentic, meaningful, and enduring. The result is an environment that reflects its unique character, fosters a sense of belonging, and creates experiences that resonate with those who inhabit it.
We weave together people, place, and purpose to craft meaningful spaces defined by a profound sense of belonging and spirit.
The Philosophy Behind Onion Loci
Most people see an onion as a simple object.
We see something deeper.
An onion is formed through layers—each adding depth, character, and meaning. Individually, they are incomplete. Together, they create a whole.
We believe meaningful spaces are created in the same way.
Our name brings together two ideas:
Onion — representing layers, discovery, protection, and the relationships between elements that give a place depth and meaning.
Loci — derived from the idea of place, referring to its unique character, atmosphere, and spirit.
Every place is shaped by many layers: people, stories, culture, context, purpose, and time. When these layers are thoughtfully understood and brought into harmony, they reveal something distinctive—the spirit of a place.
This is the foundation of Onion Loci.
We uncover the layers that shape a place and translate them into spaces that feel authentic, connected, and enduring.
Because great design is never defined by a single idea.
It is shaped by every layer that makes a place uniquely—Yours.
Because great design does not begin with a single idea. It emerges from the thoughtful connection of everything that makes a place uniquely its own.
Our Promise is Simple;
Years from now, your space should still feel right.
Not because it followed today's trends.
But because it was designed around something that never goes out of style—
You.
